When to add plants to new tank

Hello! I am having to redo my fish tank and wanted to add just Anubis plants. Does my tank need to be fully cycled (like is there a specific parameters I need to have) to add Anubis plants or could I add them within a day or two of a adding water + bacteria starter to new tank?

From my experience with adding new plants, put the plants in when you put the new water in whether that is with or without healthy bacteria.. Cycle is properly and you should be good to go!

You can add them b4 you put in water really, as long as you keep them wet.. No need to cycle the tank, put them in as soon as possible.

Welcome to the forum! I agree with @Scapexghost, once you've added water its safe to add plants, as they'll help cycle the tank etc and get it ready for fish.
