Oh my that’s interesting. What kills algae is the shifting to such a low ph. I wonder how it does with the sparkling water co2 boost. Of course once it goes flat that is gone. Do you plan on water changing with sparkling water?  
Sounds very fun I’m looking forward to following along 🤗

I will see how quickly it goes flat, then probably top it up occasionally with sparkling. Depending how it goes
