Essential Oil Diffuser In Same room as aquarium?

Can i use an essential oil diffuser in the same room as a lidded fish tank with an air stone?

Is it safe for fish and live plants?

I would say it's fine, personally I wouldn't stand it next to my tank but if you are using it at recommended concentrations it should be safe for you and your fish.

I have one and never gave it a second thought. As with all air freshening always ensure their is good airflow

If  my wife can use them in a home with tarantulas and aquariums, I’d venture to say you’re fine unless you dump the contents into the aquarium.
