Daphne
Hello... I have an aquarium with 4 brand new pea puffers. I got them at my LFS, and had an aquarium ready and waiting for them to come back in stock. Finally they did, so I got four very tiny pea puffers. Unfortunately the aquarium water is turning a greenish tint. Can I use algaefix with pea puffers? The warning on the label doesn't say so either way, and I don't want to hurt these little guys. Incidentally, I do have Easy Carbon on hand also...maybe that is a better choice? Thank you! Edited October 7, 2022 by Daphne

I don't really trust algaefix to actually treat your greenish water. I would just recommend cleaning your tank and reducing light.
TheSwissAquarist
Turning the light off for 1-2 days worked great for me!
