First time dealing with Ich just looking for some info

I have a planted 75gal tank with 5 dwarf gouramis, 6 amano shrimp and 2 vamp shrimp. Right after the cycle was complete and we added the gouramis we noticed some ich on 2 of the gouramis a few days later.

Some quick basic questions if you dont mind as this is my first tangle with ich:

 - Is 86 degrees ok for the shrimp/gouramis/plants?
- When I dose with Ich X it says to do a 1/3rd water change before every dose after. Am I redosing with a full 75 gal dose after another 1/3 water change or should I be dosing daily for just the water changes after the initial treatment? My concern is will I be over medicating if I consistently do 75 gal med doses after doing a 1/3 change every day?
- My initial dosing seemed to mess with the amano shrimp and they spent the next 20 mins tank surfing and I have seen 1 died. One of the Vamp shrimp seemed to wander around in the open acting wierd for a bit. Usually they hide and he was just out walking around, not eating and acting like his senses were off. That was lastnight but he is now back to hiding and fanning. But the behavior from the dosing of the 2 shrimp species is concerning.

Also when I do 1/3 water changes I usually do 1/2 RC water and half tap due to the fact my fish store is 45 mins away and I only have 2 10 gallon water drums. Will any trace chlorine in that tap water mess with the Ich - X treatment?

Yes your redosing with the full 75 gallon dose after each water change and you can use prime with ick x to remove any trace's of chlorine  during your water changes if your shrimp are having a reaction to the medication I would quarantine them while your treating your fish am not sure about the temperature with your shrimp your fish and plants should be ok with that temperature I would also add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table for 5 gallon as ich causes massive electrolyte loss and the salt will add essential electrolytes

Thank you! This has been stressful dealing with ich for the first time and it being in my biggest tank I've ever had. I actually added in that exact ammount of salt yesterday to the water change so I'm glad Im doing things right lol. . Everything seems to be doing great and the ich is almost all gone from the worst fish so I am reching the home stretch it seems like. Idk what it was about that 1 water change and dosing with the shrimp but they were fine lastnight with the change. I added the ich x where my pump intake pulls from and they didnt even react this time.
