What are you all using to measure water temp out of the tap?

I just did a quick test with the 3 thermometers that I have available: Thermoworks Thermapen, OxO digital meat thermometer, and Ryobi Infrared. 

I don't trust my finger or hand, and the test weren't real scientific.  The results of 3 test sets would seem to confirm that where and how you test is more important than what you use.  A temperature difference between 1-3 degrees isn't a big deal. The tap water stream did change the longer the water ran. The inability of the infrared to lock onto a single temperature. wasn't a complete surprise .
