NanotankBank
Boy am I glad I have a LFS that isn’t Petsmart or Petco. Absolutely stunning fish that are locally bred and perfectly healthy, makes life so much easier! Plus a 29gal is the perfect size for my limited space

nabokovfan87
I AGREE!!!!! 20L = 29G with less height. 37G = 29G with more height. I love the footprint of these tanks! If the big box store actually had 37's in stock, and marked the 29G stand as fitting the 37G, what a world. The 37G is also just the 29 but with a brace on the top section.
Tanked
Subconsciously it might be my favorite also. The 29 makes the perfect first aquarium for when you decide that you are going to stick with this hobby for a while. It has a lot of advantages over larger or smaller aquariums. I sold mine when I moved up a 75 gallon, and later bought a secondhand 29 gallon when MTS set in.
FLFishChik
I love my 29g.. still small enough to do water changes with buckets ( cuz that’s what I have) and relatively quickly, maintaining it is easy, but big enough to keep a variety of fish!
