How do tetras do with ich-x

I learned my molly has ich so I just treated with ich x. Am I supposed to half does with glofish tetras? Im worried they kinda were freaking out at first. Seem to have calmed now some but don’t want them to be struggling

You should be fine with a full dose it's only scaleless fish like loach that can be more sensitive to ick x I would also add an extra air stone as the medication will lower the levels of desolve oxygen in the tank that why your fish might look stressed
