Dwarf Gourami

Wanted to know if anyone had any experience with a Bolivian Ram and a Dwarf Gourami. I figured they both would leave each other alone as they stayed in separate parts of the tank, but I wasn’t about to start a Battle of the Five Armies if I didn’t have to

I would be hesitant to try it.  I've seen too many reports of dwarf gouramis that wouldn't tolerate any other fish in the tank with them.

I have had bad luck with dwarf gouramis and any fish roughly their size so i would probably avoid the combo.

I have a dwarf gourami in a community tank that has 4 German bluerams, swordtails, platies, cory's, glow light tetras, and head and tail light tetras. No troubles whatsoever. I keep them well fed, water tested weekly and changed when appropriate. The tank is heavily planted with Java Moss and Java Fern.
