Safe to feed to my fish

Hey everyone I was wondering if these bugs are  safe to feed to my fish???? For them from a bucket of still water i keep for mosquito  larvae  never seen there before.

There’s a certain risk with every bug from outdoors bringing in a contaminant. If you’re Ok with that reality, my guess would be that these bugs are probably just fine.

Ya that's what I thought. And yes I know the risk I just like free food times are tough now a days anywhere I can save a buck I will try. Thank u.

I believe those are still mosquito larvae but just at a later life stage.  Feed them now before more mosquitos emerge 😁

I've been catching mosquito larvae in shallow tarp puddles in my backyard. I'll carefully strain out the dirt and other matter then use an oral syringe to suck up the larvae. My harlequin rasboras go absolutely nuts for the live food! I live in the country so not too worried about pesticides or anything. 

I used to catch grasshoppers and butterflies in my backyard and feed to my panther chameleon. He would waste no time gobbling them up.

I just looked it up and it's called pupa the last stage before mosquito. Thanks allot guys
