What size tank would you say is suitable for...

Banggais are kind of stationary fish, so they don't require much space. However, your clowns will most likely pair up and will need their own area. I would think that a 29 gallon tank would work with what you are wanting to do. Of course, going bigger will give your fish more space, and also help with stable water parameters. Will you be setting up a reef pr a FOWLR system?
