Is this a parasite or worm? Help IDing

Hi - I have a 40 gallon breeder that is heavily planted with guppies, platies, and a few bristlenose. Occasionally, I find these orange / red stands on the substrate or often tangled up in the Java moss. Any idea what is this? 

 

My fish seem healthy and breed a ton, but occasionally I lose a fish..

Do you have a microscope you can attach to your phone camera, like this?

That helps with identification, and ruling out a lot of organisms.

Do you have any pink Ramshorn snails in the tank because that looks like a snail after it be put out of shell
