That is a young Selenotoca multifasciatus or silver scat. They typically have the blended spots or bars on top and spots on bottom. Followed by a black border on the fins.

 

As all scats they will grow to be large dinner plate size so are recommended in a brackish community in (+)250g. They can also stand low end full marine and have become popular in large macroalgae setups due to their boisterous personality and love of food.
