Amazon Sword in Summer Tub?

Recommended Posts

Once again I have a sword that has outgrown its place in my 20g long, so I potted it up with a couple root tabs today and stuck it in my summer tub pond. The fish seem to be enjoying it. Anyone know if the switch from Finnex Stingray to actual solar will set it back or even kill it? I dropped the water level in the pond while the swordtails adjust to being out there so the leaves reach the surface and I wasn’t sure that would work out…

Oh good! I’m glad I didn’t have to just throw it out. I put the last one that outgrew the tank in the 29 gallon, so I’m really out of indoor options.
