Dropsy or something else?

So this guppy has been progressively getting more bloated on one side for the past few days, I bought maracyn 2 just in case it's dropsy and I got it in today. I know once they get this bad, there's little chance of curing them, but the thought process is curing the others before they start to show? I'm just not sure if this is dropsy just because it's so lopsided. I've been researching and this could also maybe be fish tuberculosis but ultimately I'm not sure. I doubt at this point it's a constipation issue, only the fry in the tank have been fed for the past few days. Any help is appreciated.

Here's a short video of the fish, she's pineconing on the bloated side and very slightly pineconing on the not bloated side. No control of her swim bladder at this point and lethargic.

As far as water perimeters go, they're pretty much the same as the last time I posted about disease in this tank

  • pH: 7.2 - 7.4
  • Nitrates: 5ppm
  • Hardness: 71.6 (4 drops on GH API test)
  • Nitrite: 0ppm
  • Ammonia: 0ppm
  • KH/Buffer: 53.7 (3 drops on KH API test)
  • Water Temperature: 79-80F

It could be an internal growth putting pressure on the swim bladder  I would try the maracyn2 and you could also do Epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 2 gallons for no more than 15 minutes for a couple of days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxants to relieve pressure on the swim bladder

Sounds good. I did a 50% water change, added the recommended amount of maracyn 2, and I'll go buy epsom salt tomorrow. I found some epsom salt with no additives on my local grocery store's website so I'll just grab that. Thank you! I hope she gets better, this is my favorite female out of the 3 I have left.
