Reticulated hillstream loach with swollen/ bump on fins

I have 4 reticulated hillstream loaches in a 50 low boy stream biotope and I noticed last week that 2 of them have these discolored bumps on both their fins, it hasn’t gotten any worse or better l, or spread to the other 2, im just not really sure what it is exactly. Any ideas?

all my parameters are spot on so I know it has nothing to do with water quality or parameters

The fact that there in the exact same place is odd are they eating ok any odd behaviour rapid breathing

No odd behaviors or rapid breathing, they are acting 100% normal, they are fed very well from the algae growing on the rocks to blanched zucchini all the way to live baby brine,

You could add some Indian almond leaves as they have antibacterial and antifungal properties you will need to add 1 leaf per gallon to get a beneficial effect or do a course of maracyn2 active ingredient is minocycline that has proven effective at sinking some types of lumps
