colo3000
Looks like a fungal or bacterial infection. People will often use aquarium salt in a hospital tank as a first step to treat these types of infections. Here's an Aquarium Coop article on treating fish with salt. Corydoras are scaleless and more sensitive to salt, so be careful not to dose too much. Salt will kill aquarium plants, so make sure you use a hospital tank. Colu
Looking at the white patches could be Columnaris or over production of the slim coat caused by a parasite or bacterial infections what I would do is treat with kanaplex and jungal fungas clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone together following this treatment schedule I would remove your nerite snails as nitrofurazone isn't snail safe Edited April 26, 2022 by Colu
Joe bucko
Thank you everyone for you advice I treated the fungal treatment i got from the the aquarium store in Edmonds. I did the week as recommended symptoms went got better after 2 days and un noticeable by 5. I did have left over medicine that wasn't enough for a full second week so I did 2 extra days nothing seems to be negative effect. (Possible my octopus plant was effected but I think it might be a mineral deficiency I have some similar symptoms to other plants l)
