Hi everyone!

My grandfather has some open 29 gallons that he's looking to full with some coldwater fish. He wants some new species, so no goldfish or WCMMs. Any fish you can think of that could live in these tanks that are coldwater tolerant will be considered! Thx in advance!

I'll add . . . for a wild array of US Native possibilities from all 50 states, I've been working on this . . .

As an inspiring example, here's a young guy in Michigan who makes beautifully edited videos, who just went out and built this tank set up from random stuff he found around where he lives in Michigan. I couldn't stop watching...

I don't know what is currently in other tanks. I am going to say coldwater meaning 68-72 as an "optimal temp".

1. Loaches (zebra, yo-yo, dwarf chain, kuhli, etc.)
2. Hillstream / Borneo loaches.
3. Mountain/River fish, Minnows
4. Endlers
5. Barbs
6. Panda Corys
7. Plecos
8. Danios
9. Ricefish
