FriendlyLoach
Could be a internal tumor or maybe internal parasites. Yet I don't know.
StephenP2003
My mother-in-law has a male/female pair of dwarf gouramis with the same "issue" - I say that in quotes because they've been otherwise acting normal for many months. I have a year-old powder blue dwarf gourami that's been acting lethargic for the past 8-9 months, choosing to rest on the bottom or within floating plants unless it's feeding time. Reading about dwarf gouramis in general and how they're prone to random issues makes me not want to get any more, though I love the way they look. The ammonia is because one of my filters packed up yesterday so my bio media has been halfed but I've got a new filter turning up tomorrow and all the media is still in a bucket with a airstone to keep it active

I have treated for internal parasites when I got him he should be okay on that one but a tumor is entirely possible thank you
