CML71 Posted April 1, 2022 Share Posted April 1, 2022 Hello, Newbie to this forum. 55 gallon established community tank ~ PH 6.7 ~ Water Temp 77° This Tetra has these tumor like bulges on both sides It's otherwise acting normal and showing no signs of distress. Colu Posted April 1, 2022 Share Posted April 1, 2022 Could be a prolapse looking at were it's located the best treatment for a prolapse is Epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes 2-3 time's a day as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxants to help your fish reabsorb the prolapse or it could be a fluid filled cyst Epsom salt will also help to reduce the fluid buildup 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
