Kjj
Is there a way to get rid of this? I'm not sure if it's staghorn or black beard. I tried the hydrogen peroxide dip method and the Amazon swords became really unhappy with that. Is there something I can do without removing the plants? Fish Folk
Siamese Algae eaters, or Florida Flagfish may eat _some_, but you’re looking at a long fight.
CT_
spot treat the recommended dose of easy carbon or some other "liquid carbon" with a syringe every day. eventually (it may take a lot of days) it will be gone. You could try the whole tank hydrogen peroxide treatment too but i'm too afraid to try it.

Greg Stewart
I'm with @JoeQ on the hair algae. How old is the tank? What is your lighting schedule/intensity? What is your fert schedule? What are you using? Water change schedule? And, what are your water params?
