TeeJay
Looking into getting one of these. Is the python worth the double price or is the aqueon good for it's price point?

That other just looks cheap and I think I remember some reviews that is wasn't all that good. I have never tried it though, I use a Python. (yep it is overpriced.....)
Katherine
I have an aqueon and it is awful. It leaks in multiple places and the shutoff near the tank doesn't actually work. If you can afford it get the python. 1
lefty o
ive never touched an aqueon, but the python is worth the money. like the old adage, buy once, cry once. 1

Guppysnail
I have used both. Unfortunately you absolutely get what you pay for in this circumstance. 1
Biotope Biologist
My python is older than I am so longevity is not an issue here. We had to replace the valve once 15 years ago because it started to leak.
