Lee Pedersen1
Hello! Is this something I should be worried about? It started yesterday especially on my loach, who is still very active. These pictures are from two separate tanks.
Colu
That looks like ich I would treat with ick x and gradually raise the temperature to 80 as higher temperatures speed up the Life cycle and treat with ick x for 3 days after you see the last visible spots on your fish @Lee Pedersen1 Edited February 16, 2022 by Colu
Ashlyn
I agree it looks like ich. I have used copper safe in the past as well as melafix. You can also add stress coat to the tanks

quikv6
Ick-X should be a successful med. You can raise the temp a few degrees as well, as mentioned. Remember to treat an additional 3-5 days (I err on the higher side) AFTER the last sign of white sots on a fish.
