help with co2 diffuser

hello guys it probably has been talked bout a lot but I have a problem with my diffuser it leaks around the tube and not go through the diffuser I finally got the tube down onto the diffuser about inch and a half (with a great fight pushing and pushing) I used hot water method too but I was looking at one of my pond plants that I am over wintering in basement and noticed the Co-op never clog air stone putting off small bubbles has anyone ever tried using a air stone has a diffuser it u tighten it up ?

Are you over wintering in a large indoor pond? or, a smaller temporary tank? There are actually a lot of decent options for replacement CO2 diffusers. CO2Art (if you're looking to spend that kinda money) makes a bazooka style in-tank diffuser for large tanks. I use their inline diffuser on my canister filter, and it's very good. JARDLI make some decent glass diffusers for smaller tanks.
