Scapexghost Posted January 28, 2022 Share Posted January 28, 2022 On one hand anoxic bacteria removes no3 which would hurt plants but on the other hand they release co2 which would help plants. From watching the video on ocean aquarium they can't be much of a detriment but i wonder if anyone has played with anoxic bacteria and seen any effect on plant growth. The more down the rabbithole I go with learning about anaerobic/anoxic activity the more I realize there is so much more to the “nitrogen cycle” than I previously understood.
