lefty o
of all the pike species that one seems like the one for an aquarium due to max size of about 12". ive seen northern pike, and muskie kept. both northerns and muskie get too large for most, also muskie are very skittish in an aquarium. with no experience seeing them, hard to say what the red fins behavior in a tank will be. good luck, looks interesting.
Levi_Aquatics
The only experience I have had with pickerel is fishing for them. They are very interesting fish and always seem to have a great appetite especially for live fish and worms. They also like to hang out near weed edges if that helps with your aquarium setup. 1
