Hi all, my names matt, new member from the UK, I've been watching the co op for years !! Love it !!!

I've added some plum tree branches that are well dried but I've left the bark on mainly because it looks cool, my system is 1200litres ( not sure in gallons but I think it's about 300gallon) am I making a mistake ? I do have a papa panaque pleco that loves eating wood so I'm hoping he will help with the bark. The other fish are Altum Angelfish and geos

Thanks

The bark should be fine, many people take it off because it decomposes fairly quickly and can just become detritus or be kind of a nuisance to deal with later but if you're willing to do water changes to get rid of it, it should be fine.
