DSM dwarf hairgrass 40 gallon breeder

i setup a 40 gallon breeder with about 100lbs of CaribSea Eco-Complete and 2 packets of seeds from amazon.  i just scattered them on top of the substrate and kept the misted.  this is what it looks like on day 8 should i flood the tank now, or wait the 15 days it says to?

I don’t know if you already had plans for your volcano, but I think it would be pretty cool if you put a red plant in it.

i have a tiger lotus i grew from a bulb that i was thinking of putting in it, but open to suggestions

Most of the packets of seed they sell on Amazon aren't  turn aquatic plants once you flood the tank you might get a lot of die back
