So want to use it to get more water movement at the bottom of my tank where should I place it I have a sponge filter in it a corner filter and also a Tidal filter but want more movement on the bottom to get the waste to go up in the Water column

The Aquarium Co-Op Powerhead can be placed almost anywhere. You can attach it to the top of your Aquarium-Co-Op Sponge filter to maybe see where the dead spots are in the tank. You can move it around from there, either attached to the sponge or using the suction cups.

So got two options I can add it to just the sponge I bought from you guys or add it to the filter works the same way right just more compact with just the sponge ?

@Leo2o915 you can also hack the nozzle by adding some pvc pipe with an elbow. It might help direct the flow where you want it.
