I was told that after fin rot treatment you should do a 100% water change is this true?

If it is do I put Morpheus in his water until it is done

What do the directions on the package say?

Read those, and do what the directions say. 

When I've done fin rot treatments in a quarantine tank, I will do the following, in order:

1) 50% water change

2) Add in EM Erythromycin or other fin rot treatment.

3) Wait 24hrs. Do another 50% Water change. Add in another dose of EM Erythromycin.

4) Wait 24hrs. Do another 50% Water change. Add in another dose of EM Erythromycin.

5) Wait 24hrs. Do another 50% Water change. Add in another dose of EM Erythromycin.

6) Wait 24hrs. Do another 50% Water change. Add in another dose of EM Erythromycin.

I've had two cases of fish with fin rot; this cured it both times, and the fish in question have completely regenerated/regrown the impacted fins.

never do a 100% water change. nothing but bad can come from that. multiple smaller changes spread out over a few days is much better.

I’m treating my betta for fin rot right now.

Per the E.M. Erythromycin package…  Same process as @AndEEss states, but 25% water changes, not 50%.  

 

I’m seeing improvement 😊

Yeah, I thought I remembered 50%, but turns out it's 25%.

The medication needs to accumulate in the aquarium over several days as opposed to all being dumped in there at once.
