Preston John
Great information in this paper! I’ve already got a few experiments in the works. http://agrilife.org/fisheries2/files/2013/09/SRAC-Publication-No.-700-Zooplankton-Succession-and-Larval-Fish-Culture-in-Freshwater-Ponds.pdf
Preston John
@Dean’s Fishroom The photo above is a rotifer culture I’ve been working on for a few months. There is still some paramecium in with them, but I’ve gotten the rotifers to out compete them using Aquaruim Co-Op Fry Food once a week. All the other mulm at the bottom is old wheat berries, dried duck weed, and green beans.

They proved fairly easy to cultivate but also very time intensive to maintain. I have some resting cysts of freshwater rotifers but haven't felt the need to set them up yet.
