Amano shrimp juvies, now what?

I separated my berried Amano shrimp to her own 1 gallon tank to see if I could capture/raise baby amanos. 
She has started releasing them and every hour I have a dozen or so more babies swimming around. 

what next?

Are you very sure she's an amano and not a clear or brown cherry shrimp?  Amano shrimp give birth to larvae, not tiny fully formed shrimp.

Bought it as an Amano.

And it’s big.  1.5” at least. 

Closer to 2”.

I believe you raise the salinity up then down, there are some YouTube tutorials on this but not many since how challenging it is to raise the salinity and keep things stable.
