Starnz Posted October 28, 2021 Share Posted October 28, 2021 Hello! First time poster. I just found this forum and everything looks amazing! I had a question on Easy Green. I want to make sure I’m using the right dosage. I have a 45 gallon planted tank. I have a good variety of plants. Mostly crypts but a variety of swords, anubias, and stem plants. Based on my plants and tank size should I be dosing five squirts, twice a week? I have a planted plus 24/7 light I run on max brightness for 3 hours a day, plus the sunrise and sunset. I use root tabs for the swords. Any advice would be appreciated! Just want to make sure I’m taking good care of my plants. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Zenzo Posted October 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 28, 2021 I would suggest starting with 5 pumps once per week based on your short light window. If you notice that the plants are looking like they need additional nutrients, you can up it to twice per week. If you go with longer duration light, I would suggest twice per week.
