Almost ready for New Fish!

My quarantine tank water parameters are perfect (finally) so I'll be getting some new fish in a few weeks. My main tank is 60 gallons and I have just a few fish in it. I want to start off with either a small school of cories or some dwarf rainbowfish. My question is, if the fish come from a trustworthy local fish store, do I still need to do the quarantine medication trio routine or can I just watch them in quarantine for 4-6 weeks and see how they do?

I think if you’re getting them from a trusted source - a local breeder, a local fish store that does quarantine and meds, a buddy whose trading out fish - you certainly can watch them for a couple weeks and if they are looking healthy you can acclimate them and put them in. Sometimes I just put a bit of aquarium salt in and see what they do.  If you have any questions I’d treat them.
