Kat_Rigel
Specifically, corydoras fry. They are big enough now that I do not think they are in danger of being eaten by any tankmates, 1 month old.. I am just concerned that they might be out-competed for food. The guppy fry in the tank don't seem to have any trouble competing up top; you think they'd be ok but I just wanted to see what others do. I think if I feed in a couple of locations in this 60 gal they will not have trouble finding food. TIA
Patrick M. Bodega Aquatics
I think if you wanted to introduce them now you could. As I am sure you know, be prepared for a few losses since Guppies are much faster eaters then corys.
Ben Ellison
Target them with blood worms. Some always make it to the bottom in mine.

Thanks all! I just added them yesterday and I can still see one today, so looks like at least one survived the night. Not sure exactly how I got them to breed, it was more of a happy accident. I have been feeding higher quality food and more variety, but more because feeding time is my fave. I've tried to get them to breed again by doing cool water changes but I guess they're not interested.
silverstream0o3
Does anyone have any tips with a more aggressive species? I have some Lamproplogus Meleagris fry that I am planning on adding to a tank with their parents. The parents are two pairs in a 33 long, and I will be adding 8 of the fry with them. Largest of the fry is about 1 1/4 inches, with the smallest being around 3/4 inches. I will be adding them to a 65 gallon frag tank with plenty of shells, but I am just worried about them attacking the fry as they are a territorial species.
