Took a Ferry Boat out to Shackelford Banks, N. C. to photograph some birds. Also enjoyed the company of wild horses that have lived here for many, many years -- some suggest since a Spanish ship wrecked on the coast, leaving them stranded here. Somehow they find fresh water and do just fine. The birds in order are: Sanderling, Marbled Godwit, and Wilson's Plover.
