2nd Sick Endler in as many weeks

I'm having some issues with my community tank. The first Endler was not swimming right after dropping it's first lot of fry and then started losing weight so I moved it to my hospital tank which is treated with salt. It died shortly after.

I treated the tank with Pimafix and Melafix incase it was something in the water. I'm concerned with using any harsh meds as I have RC Shrimp, Snails and Kuhli Loaches. Only some of the snails are new but they came from my snail breeding tank and I have some in all of my tanks with no issues everything else has been in there for months.

I've just moved the second to the hospital tank but she does not look in a good way.
The tank is 130L or 34ish gallons.

Ammonia = 0

Nitrite = 0

Nitrate < 10ppm

PH 7.4

Temp 27c/80f

GH 8

KH 4

Thanks for the advice. Being in Australia I cannot get that for at least a month. Who knows how many fish I could lose in that time.

I found this https://www.petcircle.com.au/product/aristopet-bird-wormer-plus-syrup/dd153 which I could pick up today.

My maths says 35ml into my 130L tank should make it just under 2.7ppm of levamisole and 0.54ppm of Praziquantel I've seen other recommendations that Praziquantel can be effective for other types of worms and shouldn't hurt the inverts.

I dare say this will work but another pair of eyes looking at it would put me at ease. It hurts me when I loose 1 fish and cannot figure out what was wrong, if I poisoned my tank I'd probably quit the hobby.

My brain is not math worthy at this time of night, I know that your day is just getting started.

@Colu and @Biotope Biologist are the two I would double check dosing on.

They may need a picture of the package listing ingredients to help you out.

Deworming medication is much more effective when it's soaked into the food. I just hope that, that medication isn't flavored because your fish may not take to it, if it is.

Levimasol and praziquantel are found in deworming medication for fish so that would be alright. Hydrochloride is an antiseptic and shouldn't pose a risk for your fish. Recommended dosing is 2x per day for 7-10 days. Deworming medications pose little risk of hurting sensitive plants or shrimp. Since the vent isn't red or swollen I would agree with @Colu

I don't have the medication on hand so I cannot comment on proper dosing.

(I should clarify that Levimasol is commonly used for deworming many animals, but also is used on wasting disease and livebearer disease. My excessive use of the word "deworm" might have been confusing)

In Fritz expel p theirs a 113mg of levamisole at the dose your going to treat with I don't think it would be very effective theirs a product available in Australia blue planet fluke and tape worm has 100mg of praziquantel as the active ingredient

As I said previously thanks for the help, I'll be ordering some of the Fritz expel p soon to have some on hand.

I'll be doing the second treatment this weekend as per instructions. Here's a follow up vid. I really should record in landscape lol.
