Ocellaris Posted September 16, 2021 Share Posted September 16, 2021 I ordered some root tabs and they were a part of that damaged batch. About half of them are unusable. I sent pictures and description to the shipping email along with my order number. It has been a week and I've heard nothing is that usually longer than that to hear back?
