Tankmate question

I've done quite a bit of research, and I think I've finally decided on tankmates for my Asian Upside Down Catfish (75 gallon).  I was thinking a Blood Parrot and Electric Blue Acara. From what I've read they will be large enough that my catfish shouldn't bother them and all of their water parameters are extremely similar. Any suggestion on the number of Acaras? I was thinking two or four.

I am also open to ideas.  Thank y'all!
