Hi sorry new here, I’m a new fish tank owner an had a few problems the past couple of weeks, my ammonia level have been really high, an my fish had white spot which has now been treated, but I’ve woken up this morning an one of my fish seems to have this rather big lump on its side does anyone know what it is ?

First off, welcome!

At first look, your Neon may be suffering from an external fungus infection. API Fungus Cure would be where I start. It’s available at most Fish Stores. 

If your Ammonia is high, either your tank isn’t yet cycled, or you’ve got dead fish in there, or you’re over feeding.
