Matthew Grob
What's your favorite kind of driftwood to use in your aquariums? I'm looking for a good centerpiece driftwood for a 29 gallon aquarium to accomodate my bristlenose pleco. About a month ago I thought I had found the ultimate piece of driftwood, but sadly I didn't measure it and it ended up being too big for my 29 gallon. I was thinking of using some basic river stones to accent with the driftwood, and add a few small crypts in and maybe a lily as well. Here's an older pic of Cheesecake my albino bristlenose pleco attached below: Edited August 31, 2021 by Matthew Grob
Tihshho
Not sure if we can include external links to vendors outside of the Co-Op. If you google around though, there are a handful of good vendors out there that have what you see is what you get listings with tape measures and different angles of the pieces so you can judge what will fit your setup. My mistake, let me rephrase my post.
Tihshho
Mopani is best for rasping pleco species and tends to last longer with how hard it is. Spider wood looks great, but will be a mess of mulm over a few years with plecos.
