Mollies and Endlers reproducing

Does anyone have trouble getting their mollies to reproduce? My endlers go like crazy but are in a seperate tank. The community tank holding buenos airs tetras, neon tetras, mollies, endlers, danios, and several snails never seem to have fry. I saw some endler fry trying to be born the other day in the community tank but the male endler would not leave the females alone. I am not a fan of the breeder box because I never truly know when my fish are ready, and I like it to be a natural environment. That being said, I know there is a 99% chance here in the community tank my fry are getting eaten. What do you think- they are getting eaten or the fish are so stressed by the male endlers that they are aborting? I never see the mollies even look ready to have fry though. Also, there is atleast a 2:1 female to male ratio if not more of these species, but I can add more females.

Hmm, I would assume the fry are getting eaten in the community tank. How about making a fry trap where the fry can swim into the holes of the trap for safety/shelter but the bigger fish can't? Another trick I saw L.R. Bretz do is to make a pile of rocks in the corner with gaps in between that are small enough for fry to swim into but too small for adults to chase them.
