Spot treatment for bba in anubias

So I have a 65 gallon tank with a moderate bba infestation. I managed to get it under control by applying small amounts of hydrogen peroxide with a siringe directly on the hardscape affected by them.

The problem is, now the only place that still has them is on some anubias I own. I tried performing a dip in a solution with about 20% hydrogen peroxide (10%) and 80% aquarium water, but it had no effect and I don't want to try a higher concentration because I don't want to damage the plants. Does anyone know of a method to spot treat bba on plants?

Here is a photo of one of my most affected anubias
