Torrey
Oh wow!!! @Its Hutch I love the pictures of the eggs on the plants. I agree, I always preferred when my discus would lay on the swords instead of choosing the PVC or clay pot. The eggs did better, too.

Its Hutch
Duckweed cleanup day. Luckily I have kept it isolated to only 2 of my shrimp tanks. I have 3 5g tanks that have neocaridina and snails only. They have sponge filters as well as heaters but those are for emergency as I don't tend to plug them in for the shrimp. Assassin snails appear to be doing well as well as bladder snails and rams horns. The 1st tank are Orange Sunkist. There is a large anubias as well as water wisteria that do well in here and some savinia up top I am trying to get to take off. The 2nd tank are Green Jades. These appear to be more blue than green to me but some are really green. We have Water Sprite dominating this tank as well as some moss, anubias, and backpack? Dunk weed up top unfortunately. The 3rd tank are Red Cherries. Water Westeria and PSO in this tank. Also a colony of black worms in the substrate. I assume they are a hitch hiker from one of the plants. I need to do a better job culling this tank and really get the red to come thru. These all reside on a stand I built to hold the 3 tanks along the bottom and my quarantine tank and other tools on top. I will edit these pictures when I have a chance.

Its Hutch
I am going to attempt to sell fish for the first time to a LFS. I've got 50 dalmatian mollies counted out and bagged up. I had no idea I had that many babies until I started catching and counting. I am hoping I can sell them all. Wish me luck!

Its Hutch
I have officially made over $100 on fish and shrimp. Nice to make a little money back on all that I've invested in this hobby but it's not necessary. Thanks for the support. Life is busy right now and I am sure we all have a lot going on. Stay fishy friends.
Its Hutch
My favorite plant right now is this red/bronze crypt. It's been in this tank since I set it up and it is thriving. I've gotten multiple babies from it and have spread them around in other tanks and to other people. It's just beautiful.
Guppysnail
How are the swords doing coming out of the tank?
Its Hutch
Forgot my crypt pictures lol. Look at all those Cory eggs on that leaf! Update on the sword. I am not a fan of the fact the leaves seem to dry out even tho it is supposed to grow out of the water correct? But other than that I am hoping they flower some day and I enjoy having the green growing out. 1
Guppysnail
Mist the leaves daily. They like a humid environment. It may help them and encourage flowering. Edited July 10, 2022 by Guppysnail

Its Hutch
Quick update. I finally purchased a mister and have begun misting the leaves. The plant is still growing out of control. I have some albino cory fry I am trying to raise successfully for the first time. I took a deep dive into live foods and have multiple cultures started. Thanks for stopping by and checking this update. I am trying to be more active and make more content. I will try to update here more.

Its Hutch
Went to Aquashella Dallas today. Had a blast even tho it was super hot. Got to meet Cory, Zenzo, Irene and Dean. Lots of people attended. Listened to Dean as well as Cory give their presentations. Cory did a Q/A. Dean spoke about his fry system and how to DIY one. Excited for tomorrow. Met some really nice people today. Pic of some of the Swag I got. 2

Very exciting! If you see the fry, they usually make it. They in the main tank still?

No I have to pull the eggs otherwise they all get eaten. I have them in a separate container. 50% daily water change and small feedings 2 to 3 times a day.
