Zach K
Was cleaning out my brine shrimp hatchery today and for whatever the reason the screw that controls the valve does not want to screw back on. Any tips to fix it? Has anybody had this issue? Thanks Edited July 22, 2021 by Zach K
Keeg
I have the same hatchery, its finicky sometimes for me. Rather than unscrewing it, I just use a pipet and a bright light to lure them to one spot and suck them up. It would be helpful to see some pictures, but if its truly broken, you could contact wherever you got it and ask about warranty or seal the bottom entirely with some aquarium safe silicone. Guppysnail
I have never had this did you lose an o ring or did it get shifted maybe?
Zach K
It’s not cracked, I’m thinking maybe something happened with o rings?
mountaintoppufferkeeper
@Zach KThat looks to be good to me. I just checked on mine took it off twisting clockwise, pushed it in then turned counter clockwise to seat and seal. Maybe something is stuck in the cap threads?
