Peacock eel not eating

Hi, I have a 40 gallon long, heavily planted community tank.  My Peacock eel won't eat out of my hands just yet.  When I try to feed it bloodworms, I have to try and sink some near it, but before it can get any the other fish swoop in and eat.  Any thoughts on how to get the food to the eel only?

Maybe something like hard plastic clear tubing of enough diameter where you could drop the worms in to get the them down to the eel and prevent any fish from getting at them on the journey to the intended mouth.
