Jack Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 (edited) I have looked into the Nicrew SkyLED 18" and was wondering about the PAR and Lumens. On the specs it says the PAR is 63@12 inches IN AIR. It says that the Lumen is 70 lm. I was wondering two things, how should I calculate the PAR to in water and do the lumens need a conversion to be accurate for water. Thanks! Irene Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 To find out PAR for a light, I usually a) look online to see if someone else has measured the PAR or b) borrow the PAR meter from my local fish club.
