Try hydroponics full spectrum grow lights as spotlights….cheap and do awesome amazing things for aquarium plants. Electrical tape over the blues for algae control.

@Dee00 as @Streetwise recommended the Fluval 3.0s from Aquarium Co-Op are a great option, or if you want lights more in the direction of the Kessils but without the Kessil price tag, the Aqua Illumination Prime Freshwater LEDs are a more affordable solution but without the Kessil shimmer.
