I use it daily because I have to do small water changes every day in my Oto grow out tank. HOWEVER you say weekly to keep things "in good shape", I presume you mean to dose the tank when not necessarily doing a water change. I use Prime for that when needed. Guppysnail Posted June 18, 2021 Share Posted June 18, 2021 My non expert opinion....your fishes liver and kidneys and gills etc have to work harder to process everything you put in the water. non toxic does not equal no extra organ work. Carrying a parachute on your back everywhere because you may fall.......for what it’s worth I’m not an expert just have my quirks and adding anything to the water column that is not necessary is not good for my mental health 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
