Green spot algae on gravel

Ive recently had alot of green spot algae growing on my gravel. My bristlenose pleco does eat it alot but he doesnt eat it from around my dwarf sag. Ive got two big mystery snails and about thirty pond snails in the tank as well. Im going to starve out my snails a bit because i normally feed algae wafers to them but i think thats my problem. Im unsure if this is a good idea with my mystery snails or not. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

How long is your light on, and what level are the nutrients in the water?

My light is on 10 hours a day. But its just a nicrew led so its not crazy powerful. My nutrients levels are low as well. As a matter of fact ive only got about 10ppm if nitrates.

It is also a dimmable nicrew and its only on about half the brightness.

@Seized, what really helped decrease my GSA was a good number of nerite snails.  

BTW, I use several Nicrew lights as well, in addition to my main lighting.  I mostly use them at night as a dimmable nightlight.  

You asked about the mystery snails.  They are fairly heavy eaters, but I generally don't feed mine a lot of food.  Am always trying to strike a balance in the aquariums for minimal algae while not starving the snails either.  🐌
